The guest room level is a 52m2 spacious and airy floor level studio space with a sitting room corner, a bed corner, a kitchen area and a dedicated bathroom. The guest room level is accessible either from the living room level/ground floor through a small staircase, or from the courtyard through a big sliding door, which make it independent if someone so wishes.

The guest room level is equipped with a double bed, a sitting room area with a big sofa and coffee table, a fireplace with built-in shelves all around, a large kitchen area, a divider, a chest of vintage drawers, a built-in closet and a bathroom fully fitted with a shower. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, counter, sink, cupboards and is equipped with all necessary dishes and utensils.

The large openings and the perimetrical windows make this area particularly cosy and chilled, while the huge relaxing courtyard outside the guest room has beautiful views to the sea, the villages of Poros and Sivota and the surrounding lush nature.
