a) Outside spaces
What sets villa petit paradis apart is not only a matter of quality due to the location of the property and the villa, but also a matter of size: a big 10 guest capacity villa with plenty of courtyards, verandas, terraces and even a small theater, all paved with flagstones or stones, perfect for hanging out, relaxing, dining and enjoying the unobstructed 3600 views of the sea, the nearby villages and the islands; a 14×11 meter infinity swimming pool 3,8 meters deep, paved with marble,with enormous space all around it, from which, by daylight, or by the atmospheric night-time lighting, one can enjoy enchanting views.
On the ground floor, around the villa, there are shelters with awnings that provide shade, and besides the olive trees, there are paved yards furnished with big wooden tables, benches, chairs, cushions, deck chairs, a hammock, a swing, etc. to create small areas for relaxation and entertainment.!
On the bedroom level, there is a large veranda with amazing panoramic views of the bay of Poros.
On the loft, there is a large veranda of 100 m2 with built-in seats, cushions, chairs and tables, where one can enjoy the enchanting view of the two bays (Sivota and Poros).
On the guestroom level, there is a paved courtyard with a 30 m2 shelter, which opens to a large 400m2 space, ideal for any kind of pastime and sports.
b) Inside spaces
The villa has 4 inhabitable levels, a total area of 320 m2. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Living room level – ground floor: on this 90m2 level, there is the living and sitting room, the main fireplace, the dining area, the main kitchen and a bathroom. It has large openings with sliding doors.
Bedroom level – first floor: on the first 80m2 floor level, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two are furnished with 2 single beds each and share a bathroom.
Loft level – third floor: on the second 42m2 floor level, there is the “loft,” with a double bed, an independent kitchenette and a bathroom.
Guest room level: a few steps below the living room level there is the 52m2 “guest room” floor with a double bed, a double sofa-bed, kitchen area, bathroom and fireplace.
