First floor

From the sitting room, a small staircase leads to the first floor, where 3 bedrooms are located: a master bedroom of 26 m2 with a small entrance, a  double bed and large built-in closets. The master bedroom is airy, bright and comfy, as it has two openings, one with a view to the pool and one giving to a large veranda with unobstructed views to the sea, the property and the village of Poros. It has a bathroom fully equipped with a bathtub. A door closes off this room, ensuring its intimate character.

In the bedroom level there are two more rooms, 15 m2 each, which are equipped with two single beds each. They are restful, bright and elegant, due to their pale blue-gray coloring, their minimal contemporary decoration, their large built-in closets and big openings. Both rooms give to the large, unified, perimetrical veranda with beautiful view of Poros and Sivota.

Those two rooms have a bathroom between them, which is fully equipped with a bathtub. A small hall space with a door is ensuring the privacy and quiet of those two rooms.

Along the bedroom floor there is a long internal corridor, with plenty of built-in closets, enclosing a linen closet, a washing machine and other electrical appliances.
